I Have A (Healthy) Drinking Problem…

So this is what I typically drink in the morning with my breakfast…

One big cup of water, one cup of green tea, and one cup of coffee! I can’t help myself, they all benefit me so much!

The water helps kick start my metabolism. Green tea helps with that along with digestion of the food I’m eating. And coffee is my caffeine drug of choice. So there you have it folks, I have a drinking problem- a healthy drinking problem.
