A Quick, Healthy Breakfast!

My breakfast for the day! 😊


– Two eggs, sunny side up

– Chopped up banana/blueberry bowl

– One protein packed, chocolate chip muffin

(Not pictured, a big glass of water and a cup of coffee 😋)

The muffins were pre-made, and the other food took about ten minutes to prepare total! No one can say eating healthy has to be time consuming, this meal took just about as long as it took for my coffee to brew ☺️
