Found this new workout routine! It combines weightless body exercises along with cardio for a full body workout! I think I’m going to try this out for the week and see how I like it- it’s always important to change up your regular routine every once in a while to assure your body isn’t becoming too used to the same exercises.
This isn’t an entirely strenuous workout but it will take motivation and dedication in order to see results. Who’s with me?! Anyone else up for the challenge?! 😀
