Dinner Challenge!

Your metabolism starts to slow down later in the day, so it’s important to fuel your body with the right foods to keep your body sustained and healthy while you sleep. That’s why I’m promoting the Dinner Challenge!

By following this ever-so-simple and adorable representation of which food groups you should focus on, it gives a clear image as to how your plate should look for dinner! I’m going to focus on following by this rule for the entire week, who’s with me?!

  2. I’m going to try…what’s the latest time to have dinner? I normally eat about 8pm.


    1. My rule is not to eat anything after 8pm, so you’re right on that schedule! Let me know how it works for you!
