EASY 1,000 CALORIE BURNING WORKOUT


You could seriously do this in your living room while watching Netflix! SO. EASY. Try doing 1/2 or 1/4 of this circuit and build your way up to the full amount! Make sure to eat up afterwards, burning most of your caloric intake for the day sounds nice but your body actually needs some calories to live. Look at some of recepies from my other posts for ideas on how to eat after working out!
