Raise your hand if you’re the person who claims that they don’t have enough TIME to workout? You don’t need to spend two hours in the gym, hitting every machine and sprinting around the track to get some exercise in for the day. Some of the best workouts are done in high intervals for short periods of time! This is why I LOVE this workout set. It’s ten minutes and you can do it in your living room, bedroom, bathroom- it doesn’t matter!
It’s short, it’s simple, and it’s effective! This is one of the routines I do in the morning when I get out of bed. It requires NO equipment and NO gym membership- just your dedication to the reps! I did it this morning and it woke me up more than my coffee ever has!
