TWO MINUTE, HEALTHY LUNCH

Just made the EASIEST healthy lunch ever! It took my approximately TWO MINUTES to whip up!
Open-face, ham and cheese sandwich!

– 1/2 of a whole wheat, 100% whole grain English muffin (toasted). 

– 2 slices of off the bone honey ham. 

– 1/2 cup spinach. 

– 1/2 slice mild cheddar cheese. 


*** Microwave for 15 seconds ***

I also had a banana and two, big ol’ glasses of water and this was a filling, healthy meal!

An easy meal that you could make with ingredients in your fridge right now! Try it and see how you like it!
